Muncie Community Schools requires all student teachers to have a national criminal history check.  Student teachers are  responsible for obtaining their own criminal history checks.

Community Volunteer Program Manager

Ball State University’s new partnership with Muncie Community Schools (MCS) has created new opportunities for faculty, staff, students, and community members to contribute time, talents, and other resources to our public schools. This position will work closely with MCS to connect community volunteers with school needs in ways that promote positive experiences and ensure the safety of everyone involved.
